Version 1.0 · 9 October 2026
How this fits together. These General Terms apply to every Quixoverse Limited service. Each product adds a Service Schedule for what is specific to it. Where a Schedule conflicts with these General Terms, the Schedule wins for that product. The Privacy Notice and each product's Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
1. Who we are
Quixoverse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14613073. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Quixoverse Limited. "You" means the person using the service.
Contact: [email protected]. We are also required to give you an electronic contact address, and that is it.
We operate: Quixoverse (the programme, the member app and the Quixo connector), Wonday and Youvment. Lingobelle is operated by a different company, Lingobelle Limited, under its own terms.
2. What these Terms are
These Terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account or using a service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
They incorporate, and you also agree to: the Service Schedule for the product you use; the Community Guidelines for that product; and the Privacy Notice. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited.
3. Who may use our services
- You must be 18 or over, and able to enter a binding contract.
- One account per person. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You must not use our services if you are subject to UK, EU or US sanctions, or located in a sanctioned territory, and you must not use them in breach of any applicable export control law.
We may ask you to verify your age or identity where the law requires it, and may refuse or close an account where we cannot.
4. What we provide, and what we do not promise
We provide access to the service described in the relevant Service Schedule, for as long as your account or membership is active. We may add, change, or remove features as a product develops.
What we do not promise, and you should read this properly:
- We do not promise any outcome, result, income or level of earnings. Anything we say about what is possible is a description of what has been achieved, not a prediction about you. What you achieve depends on you, your market, your effort and circumstances outside anyone's control.
- We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will always be available. We depend on third parties, and we are not responsible for their outages.
- We do not vet, verify, screen or background-check the people who use our services. Where a service lets people interact, you are responsible for your own judgement about who you deal with.
- We may, but have no obligation to, monitor content or conduct on our services.
- Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, therapeutic or investment advice. Where a matter needs a professional, take professional advice.
None of this limits our duty to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, or any other statutory right you have that cannot be excluded.
5. Your content, and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you create and post ("your content").
So that the service can work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to host, store, copy, transmit, adapt for technical purposes (including formatting, transcoding and captioning), translate, and display your content solely in order to operate, secure and improve the service, and to the extent needed to comply with the law.
- This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep something to comply with a legal obligation, or where another person's copy of a shared conversation would otherwise be destroyed. The relevant Service Schedule says where that applies.
- Using your content in marketing is separate, and needs your specific consent each time. We will ask, we will tell you where it will appear, and you can refuse or withdraw. Refusing changes nothing about your access.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including any music, images, footage or words belonging to someone else, and that posting it breaks no law and no one else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
The Community Guidelines for each product set out what is and is not allowed, and they are part of this contract. In addition, you must not:
- post or send anything unlawful, or anything that sexually exploits or endangers a child;
- send sexual content or images to anyone who has not asked for them, including unsolicited images of genitals, or share or threaten to share anyone's intimate images;
- harass, bully, threaten, stalk, impersonate or incite hatred or violence against anyone;
- defraud, scam, phish, or solicit money by deception, including by pretending to have romantic or personal intentions;
- create fake accounts, impersonate anyone, or evade a block, suspension or ban;
- scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or use automated means against the service beyond what we permit;
- use the service, or anything you get from it, to train a machine-learning model;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or attempt to access anything you are not authorised to access;
- misuse reporting tools, including by reporting in bad faith.
Off-platform conduct. Where someone's behaviour towards another member happens away from our service, we may still act on it if it makes our service unsafe.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We moderate the content people post, we act on reports, and we will remove objectionable content and terminate the accounts of abusive users. You can report anything you see from inside the app, you can block anyone, and you can delete your own content and your account yourself. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
7. Artificial intelligence
Some services use AI, including services provided by third parties.
- Where you are interacting with AI, we will tell you, and where we generate synthetic audio, images, video or text we will mark it as artificially generated so far as we reasonably can.
- AI output is provided as is and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You must review and verify anything you rely on, and you remain responsible for what you do with it.
- Where a service produces code, configuration or a working system, you are responsible for testing it, for its security, and for deciding whether it is fit for your purpose before you use it with real people or real money. Detail is in the Quixoverse Service Schedule.
- We do not control the third-party AI providers we depend on, their availability, their pricing, their models or their policies, and we cannot promise their behaviour will stay the same.
8. If you build something with our help, it is yours - and so is the responsibility
This applies to Quixoverse and is set out fully in the Quixoverse Schedule. In summary: what you build is yours, we do not take it away, and revoking your access never reaches anything already built. In return, when you operate that thing for other people, you are the provider of that service and the controller of their data, not us. We are not your processor and we are not responsible for your compliance.
Any template legal documents we give you are starting points, not legal advice. Have your own solicitor review them before you launch. We are not responsible for what happens if you publish them unchanged.
9. Reporting, moderation and appeals
- Report anything that breaks these Terms or the Guidelines using the in-service report tool, or by emailing us. Reports reach us privately, and we do not tell the person who reported.
- We act proportionately. Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may do nothing, give a warning, remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account, or close it.
- We will tell you why. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did, why, and how to challenge it, unless the law prevents us.
- You can appeal, and a person will look at it. Tell us at [email protected].
- Illegal content. We remove illegal content when we become aware of it, and we cooperate with law enforcement and regulators where we are legally required to. Where there is a credible risk to life, or material involving a child, we will escalate and preserve evidence, and report it where we must.
- Defamation complaints. If you believe something posted by another user defames you, send us a notice of complaint with your name, the statement, where it appears, and why it is defamatory. This route exists so that complaints can be handled within the timescales the law sets.
10. Intellectual property in our services
We own the services, our software, our brands and our materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you, and you may not copy, resell or sublicense it except where a Service Schedule says so.
You may not use our names or logos without permission, except to refer to us factually.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on our service infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that your notice is accurate. We will remove or disable infringing material and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
12. Payments, subscriptions and cancellation
Where a service is paid, the price, what it includes and the billing cycle are shown before you buy.
- Where you buy from us on the web, we take payment through our payment provider. Where you buy inside an app store, that store is the merchant and its rules apply to billing and refunds.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price and interval until cancelled. We will tell you before a renewal where we are required to.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, from inside the service where you signed up inside it. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling will never be harder than subscribing.
- Your 14-day right to cancel. As a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content, you agree that we start straight away and you accept that you lose that right once we have - we will make that clear at the point of purchase.
- Refunds. Beyond your statutory rights, refunds are described in the relevant Service Schedule. If we close your account for a serious breach, we are not obliged to refund what you have already paid.
- Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies; where we must charge tax based on where you are, we will.
13. Disclaimers
Except as these Terms expressly say, and to the extent the law allows, our services are provided as is and as available, and we exclude all implied terms, conditions and warranties.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or offline, including anything that happens if you choose to meet someone in person, communicate with them away from our service, or send them money. Where a service gives safety guidance, please follow it.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded; breach of data-protection law; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you, for all claims in any 12-month period, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £100.
- We are not liable for loss caused by your own breach of these Terms, by another user, by a third-party service we do not control, or by anything outside our reasonable control.
If you use the service for business purposes, these limits apply in full. If you are a consumer, they apply only so far as the law permits.
15. Your indemnity to us
If you use a service to operate something for other people, or you post content you did not have the right to post, you will cover us for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or complaints from the people you serve. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and not settle it without talking to you.
This does not apply to consumers in respect of ordinary personal use of the service.
16. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using a service and delete your account at any time, from inside it.
- We can suspend or close an account, or withdraw a service, if you breach these Terms or the Guidelines, if we must for legal or safety reasons, or if we stop providing the service. Except where a breach is serious or urgent, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.
- On closure, your licence to use the service ends. What happens to your content and your data is in the Privacy Notice and the relevant Schedule. Clauses that should survive termination do.
17. Changes
We may change a service, and we may change these Terms - for example to reflect a change in the law, a new feature, or a change in what a service costs. Where a change is material and affects you, we will give you reasonable notice, by email or in the service, before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may cancel. We will not change these Terms retrospectively.
18. Third-party services and app stores
Our services use third parties, and some are distributed through app stores. Their terms apply to their part, and we are not responsible for them. Where an app store's rules conflict with these Terms in relation to something the store controls, the store's rules apply to that.
19. Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Notice. Quixoverse Limited is the controller for Quixoverse, Wonday, Youvment and our mailing lists.
20. Complaints, governing law and where claims are heard
Complaints first, please. Email us at [email protected]. We would rather put something right than argue about it. If you are unhappy about how we have handled personal data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not take anything away from you. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. Nothing here requires a consumer to arbitrate, or waives any right to bring a claim, where the law does not allow that.
21. General
- Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale, and your rights will not be reduced by it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Schedule, the Guidelines and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between us. This does not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
- No third-party rights, except as stated.

The Quixoverse Schedule
Quixoverse is run by Quixoverse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14613073), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: [email protected].
These terms come in two parts: the General Terms, which apply to everything Quixoverse Limited does, and the Quixoverse Schedule below, which covers what is specific to Quixoverse. Where the two differ, the Quixoverse Schedule applies to Quixoverse.
Version 1.0 · 9 October 2026
Q1. What Quixoverse is
Quixoverse is a programme. You get: an eight-week sprint delivered as a monthly cohort; a weekly cohort call and a monthly open clinic; access to the member app, its community spaces and its calendar; access to the Vault through the Quixo connector; and, after the sprint, continuing membership.
What we are providing is the programme, the community, the coaching and access to the Vault and the connector. We are not providing a finished application, and we are not providing a result. Read Q2.
Q2. What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to deliver the sprint content, to run the calls and clinics as scheduled, to keep the Vault available and maintained, to keep the connector working, and to give you our own accumulated experience honestly.
We do not promise:
- that your world will be accepted by any app store. Apple and Google decide that, not us. We will help you prepare a submission and stay with you through review, but approval is outside anyone's control;
- any particular timescale for your own build beyond the structure of the sprint, because that depends on the hours you put in;
- any income, revenue, number of members, or commercial outcome of any kind;
- that any specific feature can be built, or built the way you first imagine it.
Nothing we say in a call, a document, the Vault or a conversation with Quixo is a guarantee of a result. Where we describe what has been achieved, that is a description, not a prediction about you.
Q3. Quixo, the connector
Quixo is not a product we host for you. It is what your own Claude becomes when you attach our connector.
(The connector is being built to the design below. The one rule: it exists before the programme is sold. If a cohort is ever sold ahead of it, the offer says "your Quixo connector is set up at kick-off" rather than describing it as available. Nothing has been sold as at 2026-10-06, so nothing here needs qualifying.)
- You provide and pay for your own Claude account with Anthropic. Their terms govern it. If your account lapses, is suspended, or changes in behaviour or price, that is between you and them.
- We do not control Anthropic, its availability, its models, its pricing or its policies, and we cannot promise the connector will behave identically over time.
- When you attach the connector, our instructions enter your session. That is how it works: the connector tells your Claude who to be and where to look. We write those instructions on the principle that they should only ever contain things you would sanction if you read them, and you may ask to read them at any time.
- Access is by a key issued to you. Do not share it. We may revoke it if you do, if you stop paying, or if you breach these Terms.
Q4. What the connector sends us
Two things reach us, and nothing else does.
- Requests for Vault material. We log which items were requested, and when, for security and to apply your quota.
- Learning entries. A tool called
log_learningwrites short notes to our Community Knowledge Bank when you and Quixo hit something the Vault had not solved. It happens automatically and we are telling you plainly rather than hiding it. - Entries are about the build problem. They are not supposed to contain your business detail, your own members' data, or your conversation. The tool is instructed in those terms; we cannot promise a model never logs something it should not, which is why we say "not supposed to" rather than "never". - Entries carry no identifier. There is no field for who you are - only what you were trying to do, what happened, and how it was resolved. They are anonymous, not merely pseudonymised, and we will not change that. - No tool exists that reads the Knowledge Bank back - not for anyone, including you. That is an absence of capability, not a rule we promise to follow. - You grant us a licence to use what is logged, including rewriting it and publishing it into the Vault for other members, on the basis that it is about the technical problem and not about you or your business. We do this monthly, by hand. - If you would rather we did not log from your connector, tell us and we will switch it off. Your key identifies you to the server in order to let you in at all, so we can skip the write for your key without ever attaching it to an entry - the opt-out and the anonymity both hold.
We do not receive your conversations with Quixo, and we do not use anything from the connector to train a machine-learning model.
Q5. What you build is yours
- You own your world: the code, the data, the audience, the store listing and the revenue. We claim nothing in it and we take no share of it.
- The Vault, the connector, our specs, our playbooks and our software remain ours. Your licence to use them lasts as long as your membership. You may use them to build and run your own world; you may not resell them, republish them, or use them to build a competing library or programme.
- Revoking your access stops the fetching. It never reaches anything already built. If you leave, or we end your membership, your world keeps working and the code stays yours. What you lose is the library: the full catalogue, the routing, what other people have worked out, the elements you never built, and everything added after you left.
- Anything written to your own machine is yours forever. Anything served on request is served against a key that can be revoked. That is the honest boundary.
Q6. Your world is your responsibility
This is the most important clause in this Schedule.
When you operate your world for other people:
- You are the provider of that service, not us. Any duties that fall on the operator of an online service fall on you.
- You are the data controller for your members' personal data. We are not your processor, we do not handle your members' data, and we are not responsible for your compliance.
- You must test what you ship. Code generated with AI assistance, including by Quixo, is provided as is, may be wrong or incomplete, and may contain security weaknesses. Before you put it in front of real people or take real money, you are responsible for testing it, reviewing its security, and deciding whether it is fit for your purpose.
- You must publish your own terms, privacy notice and community rules, and keep them accurate.
- Any legal templates we give you are starting points, not legal advice. Have your own solicitor review them before you launch. We are not responsible for the consequences of publishing them unchanged, and they carry that warning on their face.
If a claim comes from one of your members, or from a regulator, about the service you operate, that is yours to answer, and clause 15 of the General Terms applies.
Q7. Live sessions and recordings
- Cohort calls and clinics are recorded. We will tell you before you join, and joining with your camera or microphone on is your agreement to being recorded.
- Recordings are shared with your cohort and kept as the replay. Retention is in the Privacy Notice.
- If you would rather not appear, join with your camera off and use the chat. Nobody is required to be on camera.
- Do not record, screenshot or redistribute a session yourself, or share what another member says about their business outside the room. What is said in the room stays in it.
Q8. Submissions and the showcase
- Progress submissions unlock the next stage and are accepted automatically. The test is whether you did it, not whether it was good.
- Help submissions never gate anything. Sharing a repository with us means we can see your code; we will look at it only to help you.
- The showcase is opt-in, specifically and separately. We will ask before your world appears, tell you where it will show, and remove it whenever you ask.
Q9. Payments for the programme
- The sprint is a one-off fee; continuing membership is a recurring fee, both shown before you buy.
- Sold on the web, not through an app store.
- Your 14-day right to cancel applies, and because the programme starts immediately you will be asked to agree to it starting inside that period, which ends the right once it has. Refunds beyond that are at our discretion, and we would rather talk than have an unhappy member.
- A place is a place. Cohorts are capped, so if you withdraw after a cohort has started we cannot usually resell it.
Q10. The clubs
Membership of any club we run is earned and invited, never bought, and we may decide the criteria and change them. A club is a room and a table, not a product, and nothing about it is a promise that you will qualify.
