What this room is

You are in here with a small number of people who are doing the same difficult thing at the same time. Some are further along than you. Some are about to overtake you. Both are useful.

The value of the room is that people tell the truth in it - about what is not working, what something actually cost, how many members they really have, and where they are stuck. That only happens if the room is safe to be honest in. Everything below protects that.

The rules

1. What is said in the room stays in the room. Revenue, member numbers, what someone paid, what is going wrong, anything from a call or a space. Do not repeat it outside, do not screenshot it, do not put it in a post. This is the rule the room runs on.

2. Do not record or redistribute a session. We record the calls and share the replay with your cohort. You do not make your own copy and you do not pass ours on.

3. Do not sell to the room. No pitching your services, no affiliate links, no recruiting members into your own programme, no DMs that turn into an offer. You are here as a peer. If someone asks what you do, answer - that is different from prospecting.

4. Do not poach. Not each other's clients, not each other's staff, not each other's ideas presented as your own.

5. Be useful or be quiet. Answer if you know. "Have you tried Googling it" is not an answer. Nobody is obliged to help, and nobody is obliged to pretend a bad idea is a good one - say so kindly and say why.

6. Stay in your lane on advice. Share what you did and what happened. Do not give legal, tax, financial or employment advice unless you are actually qualified, and if you are, say so. Someone will act on what you say.

7. Do not use other people's work as your own. Not their copy, not their offer, not their screens. Being inspired is the point. Copying is not.

8. The Vault is yours to use, not to pass on. Build your own world with it. Do not republish it, resell it, feed it into another product, or share your connector key. That key is issued to you.

9. Treat people as they are, not as their numbers. Someone at the start of this is not less serious than someone further on, and someone further on is not automatically right.

10. Ordinary decency, stated so it is not ambiguous. No harassment, threats or intimidation. No hate. Nothing sexual and no approaches to anyone who has not invited them - sending an intimate image someone did not ask for is a criminal offence in the UK. No posting anyone's private details.

11. Be yourself, one account each, and no coming back after a removal.

12. Do not misuse Report.

These rules apply off the platform too, and in any group chat that grows out of this room.

On live calls

Come as you are. You are never required to be on camera - join with it off and use the chat, and nobody will comment.

Calls are recorded and shared with your cohort. If you are about to say something you would not want on the replay, say so and we will stop recording, or take it to a private message.

Do not bring a guest into a call without asking first. The room is who it is because of who is in it.

What happens if something goes wrong

Report anywhere in the app, or email us - some of this is more easily said in an email than a form. Reports reach a private queue only we read, and we do not say who reported.

What we do depends on what happened and whether it has happened before: a conversation, removing something, limiting access, or ending a membership. Repeating what was said in the room, recording a session, or selling to the room are the ones most likely to end it quickly, because they damage something that cannot be repaired afterwards.

We will tell you what we did and why, and you can ask us to look again.

How quickly. Anything involving a child, a credible threat, or an intimate image is treated as a priority and usually looked at within hours. Everything else, within two working days.

Ending a membership for a serious breach does not entitle you to a refund. Clause 16 of the Terms covers it.

What we do not do
